Privacy

What we hold, and what we do with it.

This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website and through our services, where it is kept, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated 28 October 2026 Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

The short version

Six things worth knowing before you read the rest.

We are a small, local provider. There is no marketing department and no data brokerage — the information we hold is the information we need to look after people.

  • We only collect what we need to reply to you or deliver your care
  • Your details are used to contact you and manage your services — never for marketing
  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information
  • Website enquiries stay on our Australian server and in the Corrigin office
  • You can ask for a copy of what we hold, and ask us to correct it
  • If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain — and we will act

What we collect

It depends on how we meet.

Through this website

If you send the request-a-callback form we receive your name, phone number, email address, town or property, who the care is for, what you need help with and any message you write.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for our own office staff who edit the site.

By phone, email or in person

When you ring, write or visit, we take the same kinds of details — who you are, how to reach you, and enough about the situation to work out how we can help.

Once you are a client

To deliver care we need health and care information: your needs and goals, your care plan, medications we must be aware of, and notes from each visit. This is sensitive information and we only collect it with your agreement, or from you or your representative directly.

We may also receive information about you from My Aged Care, from a referrer such as your GP or hospital, or from a family member — in each case so that we can assess and deliver your care.

Where it lives

Who can see your information.

Website enquiries are stored in a log on our website server in Sydney, Australia, and sent by email to the Corrigin office. Access is limited to the people who answer the phones and manage enquiries.

Once you become a client, your record is kept in our office systems. The people who can see it are the staff who need it to do their job: your care manager, the office staff who arrange your services, and the support workers who visit you — who see only the parts relevant to the shift they are doing.

Everyone who works for us is trained in confidentiality and is required to keep your information private, during and after their employment. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Servers, email and overseas

Our website server is in Sydney and our records are kept in our Corrigin office. Email we send and receive — including every website enquiry — is handled by Google Workspace. Google applies strong security and stores Australian Workspace customer data in Australia, but because we do not control Google's systems, we cannot guarantee your information never passes through Google's overseas infrastructure in the course of its processing.

What that means in practice: we pick providers carefully, we stay responsible for your information while it is with them, and if our arrangements ever change we will update this policy.

If you would rather we did not email you at all, say so — we can ring or write instead.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries that do not lead to services are deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, your information moves into your client record, which we keep for as long as the Aged Care Act and its rules require.

Why we collect it, and who we share it with

Two lists, both short.

We use your information to

  • Reply to your enquiry and ring you back
  • Assess your needs and plan your care
  • Deliver the services in your care plan
  • Bill correctly and report to government programs, as the law requires of a registered provider
  • Contact you about the services you receive

We may share it with

  • My Aged Care, Services Australia and funding bodies — reporting that the law requires
  • The support workers and health professionals involved in your care, with your agreement
  • Our professional advisers, such as auditors, where they are bound by confidentiality
  • Anyone else only with your consent, or where the law requires or permits it

We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

It is your information.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date. You can ask us to delete a website enquiry you have sent. If you are a client, you can withdraw consent for contact at any time — though we will always keep the records the law requires us to keep.

There is no charge for any of this, and we will respond within a reasonable time — usually the same week.

If something goes wrong

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, tell us — start with the office on 0418 862 850. We treat privacy complaints the same way as any other complaint: seriously, promptly, and without disadvantage to you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or would rather go straight outside, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992 or at oaic.gov.au.

See Complaints and feedback for the full complaints process, including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

About this policy

How it changes.

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our practices change. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest version. If a change is significant — particularly if it affects how you can access or correct your information — we will tell clients directly.
