Where would you like to begin?

What we help with

A little help can change a lot.

From a hand with the shower to a nurse who knows your history — every service is delivered by someone we have trained, screened and would happily send to our own family.

Personal care

Showering, dressing, grooming and continence support — done gently, at your pace, with dignity.

Nursing at home

Medication management, wound care, injections and clinical monitoring by registered nurses.

Domestic assistance

Cleaning, laundry, bed making and the little jobs that keep a home comfortable and safe.

Meals and nutrition

Menu planning, cooking together and support with special diets or swallowing difficulties.

Social support and transport

Appointments in Narrogin or Perth, shopping, a cuppa, a trip to the footy — company that keeps you connected.

Gardening and home safety

Lawns, pruning, gutters and small repairs — plus a practical look at trip hazards and firebreaks.

All services, including respite and dementia care

How it works

Funding, explained

What your Support at Home budget looks like.

Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. If you are assessed as eligible, you are placed on one of eight classification levels and given a budget every three months.

Indicative budgets by classification level
LevelPer quarterPer yearOften used for
Level 1$2,752.50$11,010.01A few hours a week — cleaning, transport, a hand with shopping
Level 2$4,112.84$16,451.35Regular personal care and domestic help
Level 3$5,634.20$22,536.81Several services a week, plus some nursing
Level 4$7,617.13$30,468.51Daily support and regular clinical care
Level 5$10,182.38$40,729.53Complex needs, nursing and allied health

Amounts are indicative, current at 1 July 2026 and indexed annually. Your actual budget depends on your assessment. A 10% care management contribution is deducted from each quarterly budget.

Budgets are quarterly

Your funds are released every three months. We help you plan the quarter so services are steady and nothing is left unused.

Clinical care is fully funded

Nursing and — from 1 October 2026 — personal care sit in the clinical category, with no contribution from you.

Contributions are capped

What you pay towards independence and everyday living services counts towards a $130,000 lifetime cap.

Why families choose us

Small enough to know your name. Close enough to be there.

We are a community-based provider with a deliberately small caseload. That means fewer handovers, shorter phone queues, and a care manager who knows which road you live on and what time the school bus runs.

  • You will see the same facesWe match workers to your interests and keep rosters stable, so care feels like a relationship, not a rota.
  • Prices on the pageEvery hourly rate is published. No exit fees, no basic daily fee, no surprise admin charges.
  • One person who knows youYour care manager's mobile number, not a call centre queue. Real answers, usually the same day.
  • Clinically safe, quietly doneRegistered nurse oversight, after-hours on-call and transparent incident reporting — the boring things that matter most.

What you can count on

Three promises we can keep.

We are a small provider, so we only make promises we can actually deliver on every visit.

You will know who is coming

Your roster is set in advance and changes are explained, not discovered when a stranger knocks. If your usual worker is away, you get a call — not a surprise.

Your bill will make sense

One clear statement, itemised by service, showing what came out of your budget and what is left. If you cannot follow it, we have written it badly and we will fix it.

We will tell you the truth

About waiting times, about what your budget will and will not cover, and about whether we are the right provider for your situation. Even when the answer is no.

Where we work

Right across Western Australia.

We take clients anywhere in the state — towns, farms and remote properties. Our support workers live in the district, so visits are reliable and travel is planned properly. Wherever you are, we will talk through how the roster works before we start.

Outside these towns? Ring the office — we take work right across WA and will confirm travel arrangements in writing before we start.

Common questions

Good to know.

If your question is not here, ring the office on 0418 862 850. We would rather answer it properly than have you guess.

Prefer to talk it through?

The office is staffed Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm. Outside those hours and on weekends, the same number reaches our on-call staff.

Do I need an assessment before I can start?
Only if you want government-funded support. For Support at Home you need an assessment through My Aged Care (1800 200 422). If you are paying privately, you can start as soon as we have met you — often within a week.
How much will it cost me?
It depends on your income and assets assessment and the services you choose. Clinical supports such as nursing and personal care are fully funded. We publish every hourly rate on our pricing page, and we confirm costs in writing before support begins.
Can I keep my current provider and just add you?
You can only have one provider managing a Support at Home budget at a time. If you would like to move, we coordinate the transfer with your current provider so there is no gap in your services.
What if I do not click with my support worker?
Tell us. No explanation needed. We will introduce someone else, and you will never be charged for a visit that did not work out.
Are your workers police checked and insured?
Yes. Every team member holds a current police check and working-with-vulnerable-people clearance, is trained in safe manual handling and first aid, and is covered by our public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Do you charge for travel?
Within town, no. For properties outside town we agree a travel arrangement in writing before the first visit — usually by grouping visits so you are not paying for windscreen time.

Not sure where to start? That is what the phone is for.
